Shipping and Returns

If you’re not happy with your product, let us know. Your satisfaction is very important to us. Returns are only permitted on unopened items, returned within 14 days. Once the wrapper/seals have been broken, the product cannot be returned. All sales must be final. No refunds or exchanges are accepted because the products being sold are for personal care and use. If the product arrives damaged from shipping please let us know and we will send a replacement.  

Product Turn Around Time

Please allow 7-10 business days to receive your order. With the exception of our soap, are made after your order is placed to ensure freshness and quality.
